Orange Chickpeas Paneer Rice

Recipe :


Half cooked rice keep aside

1 cup fresh orange juice.

1 cup soaked abd cooked kabuli chole

100 to 150 gm paneer choice is yours

I full table spoon of orange zest.

Onion and yours daily use masalas


Like dhaiya powder, red chilli, garam masala, haldi, amchoor powder salt



Frist step


Take a bowl put chole and paneer pieces add chilli powder,salt n amchoor powder and add one spoon of orange juice and sum irange zest. Mix it well keep aside for 10-15 minutes for marination.



Next step


Take a pan and put oil. Add little bit of jeera and one green chilli. Let it fry. Then add orange juice with little bit of salt and let it cook for a minute then add marinated chole and paneer and add all your masalas. Stir fry.


Cover the lid for a minute


After tht add your half cooked rice and mix it with light hand. And cover it with lid. Keep it on very slow flame until rice cooked.


For dressing add some orange zest and dhaniya.


Salt is as per your taste. If you need more spicy you can add more red chilli and garam masala. Choice is yours.


We ate it with schezwan sauce.
