No Yeast Pizza Dough

Ingredients :
3 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of bakibg soda
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of lemon juice or vinegar
2 tbsp of olive oil or any regular vegetable oil
First you need big bowl. Add 3 cups of flour, sugar, salt,
Baking soda, baking powder and mix all with flour.
Then add 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp lemon/ vinegar.
Now knead the dough. Add water in parts and mix with flour and knead the flour.
Keep kneading until you get smooth and soft dough. Remember add water in parts. If you feel your dough is so soft or added more water then add some flour.
Now place your dough on your clean kitchen platform and knead the dough atleast 10-15 minutes.
The dough should come as elastic and stretchy. Means after kneading take a part of kneaded flour and stretch. It should not be break. If its stretching like elastic it means its ready. And dough should not sticky. Me as ns when you press your fingers into the dough, dough should not be stick on your fingers. If your fingers comes out clean its means its ready. If your fingers become sticky it means you need to add some flour in it and again knead for few minutes.
Now take a bowl and rub the oil all over dough ball and keep covered it in a bowl. Place it any warm place for atleast 2 to 3 hours hours.
After 2 hours you will see your dough has been rised. Punch down risen dough to release air bubbles. Punch one finger into the dough. If the dough behave like sponge it means its ready.
Before making the pizza, knead the dough again for 5 minutes.
And if you are using the dough immediately then wrap your dough into the cling film or aluminium foil tightly into the air tight box in fridge. You can store this pizza dough into the freezer for at least 2 months.
How to Thaw Frozen Pizza Dough
Place the frozen pizza dough in the refrigerator for about 8 hours or overnight. When ready to make pizza, remove the dough from the refrigerator and allow to rest for 30 minutes on the counter. Continue with step 5 in the recipe below.
Note : when knead dough add water in parts.
Always place your dough at warm place for rising.
