Dhaniya ke Chatpatte Aloo

Recipe:


Boiled potatoes


For chutney


One medium sized boiled mashed potato

Coriander leaves

Mint leaves

Ginger and garlic paste

Green chilli according to your taste

I like teekha so i used 4-5 green chillies


1 spoon Roasted cumin powder

Salt as per your taste

Half spoon of black salt

1 medium sized lemon juice


Make chutney with all of these due to boiled aloo chutney will look sticky but this is the main beauty of ths chutney.


Add all boiled potatoes pieces in it. Sprinkle some roasted jeera powder and lemon juice its ready.
