2 Minute Microwave Mug Dhokla.

Ingredients :
2 cup besan (gram flour)
1 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
1 eno sachet (normal flavour)
1 tsp of oil (any oil)
Salt according to taste
Water
Sugar- chilli water :
Take a pan add 2-3 spoon of sugar and green chilli (give a cut in between the chilli before adding in water) and boil for few minutes. Its ready.
Method :
Take a bowl add besan and yogurt and whisk well. There should not be any lumps. Whisk properly add half cup of water and whisk again for 4-5 minute. Batter consistency should be flowing. Not too much thick and not too much thin.
Then add ginger - green chilli paste, lemon juice, oil, salt, and sugar and mix into the the batter.
Keep aside
Take two any mugs like coffee mugs or whatever you have which you can put into the microwave.
Greese them with oil.
Now add one sachet of eno into the batter and whisk. You will notice now batter is bubbling due to eno soda.
Now transfer the batter into the mug. Fill 3/4 part of mug with batter not full. Switch on your microwave, keep the mugs into it and set the time for 2 minutes in microwave for baking. During baking you will see the batter is lifting up. After 2 minutes switch of your microwave. You will see the dhokla raised completely to the edges of mugs.
Pour some sugar and chilli water with spoon.
Garnish with some curry patta, green chilli and sev. You can demold it or eat in mugs choice is yours.
If you dont have microwave. You can bake dhokla in kadhai on gas.
Add some water into the bottom of kadhai. Place any stand whatever you have or bowl/ katori. Pour all the batter into any greesed steel or cake mould. And keep it on stand and cover your kadhai with lid or plate. Cook atleast 10 minutes. After 10 minutes check with knife is it cook or not. Poke a knife into the dhokla if the batter sticked out it means needs to bake more 5- 10 minute, or if not its means its ready.
Pour sugar and chilli water from top of the dhokla and garnish with curry patta coconut green chlli whatever you want.
